About Us
Jamie Deen began his career in the restaurant business in 1994 and started Deen Restaurant Group to help aspiring restaurant owners and entrepreneurs make their dreams a reality. From helping prepare food in the kitchen, to completely designing and building entire restaurant concepts, Jamie has experience in all aspects of the business. He has been involved in helping launch over 20 restaurants, from BBQ to breakfast, sports bars and gourmet grilled cheese, Jamie is not afraid to try new ideas and concepts. Today, he is actively trying to grow the Jed's brand, made famous for their Fireball Chicken Chunks. With 14 current locations and more on the way, Jamie is expanding the Jed's name beyond Northwest Ohio.
